Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's location is its biggest draw, with easy access to transportation and nearby shopping and restaurants. However, the rooms are quite cramped, lacking storage and amenities like a safe or complimentary water. I found the service disappointing, particularly the housekeeping policy that requires a special request for room cleaning. Overall, while the location is excellent, the room comfort and service leave much to be desired.
I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, right by the airport bus stop and within walking distance to many attractions, shopping, and dining options. While the triple room was perfect for our needs, the lack of amenities and the poor service from the front desk were notable downsides. The cleanliness was satisfactory, but my overall experience was somewhat diminished by the smaller room size and limited housekeeping.
The hotel's location is a major plus, right in the heart of Nagoya with easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining. I appreciated having a triple room available, which isn't common in the area. However, the room felt quite cramped and lacked basic amenities like a safe and cabinet. Also, the service at the front desk could use some improvement, especially when it came to assistance with reservations.
This hotel is perfectly located with easy access to transportation and nearby shopping and dining options. The room configuration was great for our group, but the overall comfort and amenities left much to be desired. Service from the front desk was lacking, and essential comforts like bottled water and extra room cleaning were missing, which was disappointing.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, just steps away from the airport limousine bus stop and close to several train stations, making it very convenient for travelers. I appreciated that they have a rare triple room option, which fit our group's needs perfectly. However, the room size was quite cramped, lacking conveniences like a cabinet or safe, and the service left much to be desired, especially when it came to room cleaning and assistance at the front desk.
